SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery. Delivery may be delayed for international orders due to customs.
For security purposes, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We may not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the carrier. If you need to change any information for an order (shipping / billing address, payment information, etc.) you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at jennifer@gennewyork.com. If your order has been successfully cancelled, you may submit a newly revised order.
