SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery may be delayed for international orders due to customs.

For security purposes, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We may not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the carrier. If you need to change any information for an order (shipping/billing address, payment information, etc.) you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at jen@vangnewyork.com. If your order has been successfully canceled, you may submit a newly revised order.

RETURN POLICY

Your purchase is eligible for a return up to 15 days after the purchase date.

If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other applicable proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or other original method of payment) within a few days.

Should the returned item not meet the return guidelines stated above, Vàng New York has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. 

Return Shipping
To return your product, please shoot us an email at jen@vangnewyork.com with the order number and "RETURN" in the subject.

You will be responsible for shipping costs accrued for returns.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

GIFT RETURN POLICY

We offer store credit for gift orders.

Please make sure the return guidelines are met in order for the store credit to be applied. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. We will send a refund to the original purchaser and they purchaser will be responsible for the handling of the credit / gift certificate.
